Cazzu, “Diary of a Useless Girl”

Inspired by Argentine feminist poet Alfonsina Storni, each song on Latinx Artist Cazzu’s album
Una Niña Inútil (Diary of a Useless Girl) embraces themes about love and loss.
Using the spoken lyrics of 3 Cazzu tracks, imagery from Stori’s poems and costumes inspired by
Argentenian carnival, we worked with animators to create a short, 3 part anime.
Each vingette was voiced over by Cazzu herself, guiding fans through a whimsical
and intimate journey of her album and culture.
